Creativity and Innovation Management - Joy and Sustainability
Creativity can be defined as problem identification and idea generation whilst innovation can be defined as idea selection, development and commercialisation. The greater the enjoyment of engaging in particular tasks, the greater the individual is prone to actively seeking out the required intellectual stimuli.
