Multiple Revenue Streams The first thing that you need to focus on is to create multiple revenue streams. There are a few reasons. One is to prevent an over-reliance on any single revenue stream. You know the unpredictability of the Internet. What's to guarantee your $3,000 per month affiliate sales income from suddenly disappearing? As with conventional investing, it is best to diversify, and have your money coming in from ways. For example, you can diversify by having different vendors for contextual advertising (such as Google's AdSense and Clicksor).
